Ingredients:
- 4 large potatoes, peeled and cut into bite-sized cubes
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt, to taste
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup JAMACUCO Salsa Picante
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Prepare the Potatoes:
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a large bowl, toss the potato cubes with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and a pinch of salt until evenly coated.
- Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer.
